Our Policy
At 8 Ball Performance, we take pride in the quality of the products we supply. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you have selected the correct product and verified compatibility with your motorcycle before completing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ben@8ballperformance.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. 8 Ball Performance is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
BNPL Purchases
If your purchase was made using Afterpay, Zip, or Klarna, any approved refund will be processed back through your original payment method. Please note that your obligations to the BNPL provider remain in place until the refund is fully processed. For queries regarding your BNPL account, please contact your provider directly.
Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
